Information We Collect
When you visit our Website or use the App, we will learn certain information about you.
In order to provide you with the most efficient and enhanced personalized service and attention, and to accommodate certain requests which you make, we request information about you in certain circumstances and collect certain information automatically.
We will only collect and process your personal data when we have a lawful basis for doing so. These lawful bases include when you provide us consent, when we have a contractual obligation to collect or process the data, and when we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data.

Information Provided Voluntarily
Personal, & Order & Billing Information. We do not collect or request from the App Store or Google Play Store any personal or billing information related to your download of the App, or purchase upgrades to the pro version of the App.
However, this data may be collected separately by these or other platforms where the App may be available.
Your Personal Information Entered Into the App
We do not have access to, collect, or retain any of the information, personal or otherwise, that you may enter into the App, including your notes, pictures, or other content stored on your device or in the cloud.
We do not collect any data related to your calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, sensors, sms, or storage on your device.
If you submit a request or complaint to us via the App, or via our website, we would have access to this specific user data, including personal data if you provide it; otherwise we are not interested in collecting user specific data outside of what is detailed below.
Information Collected Automatically. The Information that we do collect largely falls into the category of log data, specifically in regards to your use of the App, as follows:
Activity Info (Log Data). Log data are important data points for security and functionality of an App. The log data that we are interested in and do collect is as follows:
Usage data including access dates and times; where users spend time within the App; how much data is transferred during the User’s session within the App; the configuration or version of the App when utilizing it; country location; network type; device type; error logs; and other related data including download data (i.e. how many people download the app).
This data is generally reviewed in aggregate, to look at usage and performance metrics, and to help issue spot any errors within the App.
Third-Party Analytics. As described above (in regards to Log Data), we use a third-party analytics service to evaluate and aggregate App & Website usage data. This service helps us evaluate the use of the App or Website, including time spent in certain areas of the App or Website, which areas receive the most traffic, how often Users visit the App or Website, and also provide general geographic location about visitors, the source of referred traffic (from other websites, vs. search engines, etc). These third-party analytic services use various technologies to help analyze and provide us the data.
If there are circumstances that require we review the data collected on a User by User basis, (for example: to troubleshoot errors, to improve the performance of the App or Website, or to respond to requests for support) we reserve the right to do so.
Other Third Party Service Providers. We may also use third-party companies, individuals or services:
- to facilitate the delivery of the App;
- to perform App-related services;
- to assist us in analyzing the performance of the App;
- to assist us in analyzing how the App is used and collect usage data;
- to provide us with data regarding the geographic location of our visitors; and

Other Third Party Tracking Tools. We may also collect or receive information from third party social media sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and/or other third-party social media and similar sites.
Information You Share Publicly
You are able to make certain information within the App “public”, including your username, profile photo associated with your account, your travel journal, your photos, links to your photos or photo albums, your location, or other information within the App which you choose to share. This information may be shared within the App, or via links which may be shared to social media or other sites, and which will require a non-user of the App to download and install the App before viewing.
If you participate in any events or contests hosted within the App or by the Company (such as scavenger hunts, poetry, writing, photography or other contests), or submit any information or content that you create to the Company to be featured publicly, you understand the Company does not have any control over your information, who may see it, or how it may be used by others.

If you have submitted a request or complaint to us, or have otherwise participated in Company events or contests, we may have personal information about you (i.e. name and email address and any other information that you provide to us) in our system. Please note that if you separately sign up through our Website to hear from us, you may receive marketing communications related to your request for such. Emails related to the purchase or delivery of orders are provided automatically – Customers are not able to opt out of transactional emails. We will try to accommodate any requests related to the management of Personal Information in a timely manner. However, it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases (for example, if we have a legal obligation to keep it for certain timeframes, for example).
How We Use and Share the Information
We use the collected Information to understand customer needs, including regarding our App and Website services to:
- present you with information through the App or our Website and email services;
- provide our services and process orders;
- maintain and improve our the App or our Website;
- respond to your requests, and provide customer service, including in response to any problems that may arise, such as difficulties in navigating the App or our Website or accessing certain features;

We may, using the techniques described above, and in conjunction with third party marketing partners, gather information from your visit to our Website for purposes of providing relevant advertising content to you in the future. When you voluntarily make your Personal Information available online in an environment shared by third parties – including inside an App or Hosted Services platform, online webinars, classes, conferences, via email, on message boards, chat rooms or on blogs, or via telephone calls or conferences – that information can be viewed, saved, collected, heard, and/or used by others outside of the Company. We are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of information provided in these contexts. Please be mindful whenever you share any information online or publicly within the App.
Security of Your Information
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we incorporate standard industry practices internally and with our services providers, which we believe is sufficient for the Information involved, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Because we work with third-party businesses and vendors in various aspects of our business including in making the App available, database management, website security, etc., we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the Information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. We are strongly committed to protecting the safety and privacy of children who visit the App or our Website. Our California Do Not Track Notice

Access to the data is provided for specific purposes, generally related to communicating with you, fulfilling our contractual obligations, providing customer service or technical support, collecting payment, or monitoring performance of marketing and sales efforts.
You may contact us at any time to have your personal information with us or any of these processors updated, corrected, deleted. You may delete your account at any time. (Please note that upon cancellation of your account all information and User Data within your account will be deleted as well.) Please see the instructions inside of the App on how to delete your account or information. Additionally, you may opt out of receiving any additional emails or marketing messages from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our email notifications.

We will endeavor to respond at our earliest possible convenience to address your concern. If contacting us does not resolve your complaint, you may have additional options.
